Hi Little Miss Frankster!
Make some sponge cake, cut it into big blocks and paste together with jam for the motte. smaller blocks of cake for the outer walls. Get some pre-made icing (which comes in rolls). Lay it over the lot and smooth down. Get some edible colouring (the powder is best) and brush it on. Some chocolate fingers and a couple of sheep made from icing, and you’re done!
